Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead with strong expertise in Visual Studio, Selenium WebDriver, and AI-powered testing tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, desktop, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and quality. We are looking for a senior QA professional who combines strong automation expertise with AI-assisted testing, modern Quality Engineering practices, and a proactive approach to quality ownership.

The successful candidate will perform hands-on testing and automation activities while helping drive adoption of AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices and modern software delivery approaches.

Experience promoting AI adoption, knowledge sharing, or transformation initiatives related to AI-assisted testing will be highly valued.

We also welcome experienced software engineers interested in transitioning into AI-driven Quality Engineering and helping drive adoption of modern AI-assisted testing practices.

Candidates with strong leadership experience may take ownership of QA transformation initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and drive adoption of AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver or equivalent tools.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Develop and maintain UI, API, regression, smoke, and end-to-end automation suites.
• Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and similar AI tools to generate, maintain, and optimize automated tests.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Perform test planning, estimation, and automation feasibility assessments.
• Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, and system-level requirements.
• Generate automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Participate in code reviews and promote automation, Quality Engineering, and AI-assisted testing best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and solution design.
• Validate AI-generated test assets, maintain test environments, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead or support QA transformation initiatives and mentor team members on automation, AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, and modern Quality Engineering practices.

Automation & Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET development.
• Experience using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge of NUnit and xUnit test frameworks.
• Knowledge of API automation tools such as Postman or RestSharp.
• Strong understanding of test automation architecture and framework design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective testing strategies.
• Experience validating AI-generated test artifacts.

Web & API Technologies

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines with understanding of testing environments and release processes.

AI-Assisted Testing

• Experience with one or more AI-powered testing tools, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Playwright AI-assisted automation.
• Practical use of AI tools for test creation and maintenance, with the ability to review and improve AI-generated code and tests.

Leadership & Professional Competencies

• Experience leading automation, Quality Engineering, or QA transformation initiatives.
• Experience in senior technical or QA leadership roles.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice-to-Have

• Playwright automation experience.
• Docker and containerization experience.
• Experience building hybrid frameworks (Page Object Model, BDD, Data-Driven).
