The role involves developing distributed services, designing robust APIs, implementing event-driven architectures, and ensuring high standards of performance, maintainability, and system reliability.\nWhile the primary focus is backend development, occasional contributions to React-based frontend functionality may be required.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, including RESTful APIs and stable data contracts that evolve safely over time.\nImplement and manage asynchronous, event-driven communication, with strong guarantees around message reliability, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.\nDesign and develop distributed systems and microservices with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.\nOptimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization in production environments.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.\nConduct code reviews and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.\nDesign code with testability as a core principle, writing and maintaining unit and integration tests for APIs, business logic, and integrations.\nDesign and maintain secure APIs and service integrations, applying best practices in authentication, authorization, and identity management.\nBuild integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other third-party systems.\nDesign and maintain reliable integrations between internal services and external enterprise platforms.\n 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.\nStrong experience building backend applications and services using Golang.\nSolid understanding of concurrency in Golang and asynchronous workflows.\nHands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message handling (e.g., Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies).\nExperience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.\nProven experience designing APIs and event schemas with long-term evolution and backward compatibility in mind.\nStrong understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API design.\nExperience with microservice architectures and distributed systems.\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong commitment to automated testing, including unit and integration testing.\nNice to Have\nExperience with React and modern frontend development. \nExperience with TypeScript, Protobuf.\nExperience with cloud platforms Azure, or GCP. \nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)\nExperience with identity and access management solutions (Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or
