Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.\n We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end systems, including APIs, microservices, databases and cloud deployments. You will develop scalable, secure and high-performing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Python and SQL.\nThis role suits a strong hands-on engineer who is equally comfortable on the front end and the back end, and who can take part in solution design as well as delivery. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, working closely with product, architecture, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders to deliver modern digital solutions that are reliable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.\nWorking Model: This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in a downtown Toronto office.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy and support full stack applications across front-end and back-end environments.\nBuild responsive, accessible and user-friendly interfaces using React and modern web development practices.\nDevelop and maintain back-end services, APIs and business logic using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js and Python.\nDesign and implement microservices-based architectures for scalable, modular applications.\nBuild and maintain secure RESTful APIs and service integrations.\nDesign, optimize and manage relational databases and SQL queries.\nContribute to cloud-native deployment and operational support on AWS, Azure or GCP.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, release processes and deployment automation.\nEnsure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing and engineering best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, including UI, APIs, services, databases and cloud environments.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business and architecture requirements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations and support processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and design patterns.\n 7+ years of experience in software development, including significant full stack development.\nStrong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.\nProven experience building scalable web applications with React.\nFamiliarity with Node.js and Python on the back end.\nStrong experience designing and building APIs and microservices.\nStrong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, schema design and query optimization.\nExperience deploying and supporting applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices.\nSolid understanding of application security, authentication, authorization and secure coding principles.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to have:\nExperience with TypeScript and modern front-end architecture patterns.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployment models.\nExperience with event-driven architecture, messaging systems or asynchronous processing.\nKnowledge of API gateways, observability, logging and monitoring tools.\nExposure to enterprise-scale environments with high availability and security requirements.\nExperience working in Agile delivery teams.\nBackground in banking, financial services or another
