Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.\n We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to modern solutions for contact center environments.\nThe role has a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot backend development, combined with hands-on experience in React or Angular and familiarity with Node.js. Experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions will be a strong advantage.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot\nDevelop modern, responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks\nBuild and maintain integrations with telecom, contact center, CX, and related enterprise systems\nWork with Node.js where required for integrations, services, or supporting components\nDesign and implement microservices and distributed applications\nTroubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability\nParticipate in technical design, code reviews, and architectural discussions\nCollaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams\nContribute to engineering best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement\nSupport the development of customer-facing and contact center solutions\n 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot\nStrong experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular\nFamiliarity with Node.js\nStrong experience developing REST APIs and backend services\nExperience with SQL and relational databases\nPractical experience with microservices and distributed systems\nExperience developing and supporting cloud-based applications\nGood understanding of software development best practices, clean code, testing, and version control\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal\nNice to have:\nExperience in contact center, or customer experience (CX) environments\nExperience with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions\nUnderstanding of contact center technologies, routing, voice, or customer engagement platforms\nExperience integrating with
