Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.\n We are seeking an experienced Genesys Routing Developer to provide design, development, consultancy, and technical support for the Genesys Engage Contact Center Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing secure, high-quality routing solutions and offering technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and implementation of Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform. \nWrite and review secure, high-quality production code while troubleshooting and debugging as needed. \nParticipate in all phases of project life cycles, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment. \nCollaborate with team members to share knowledge, generate ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation. \nDeliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients and colleagues to enhance understanding of Genesys technologies. \nProvide regular updates on project status and ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders. \nCreate and maintain technical documentation to ensure continuity and clarity. \nHands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration, and development, including Genesys Voice SCXML Call Flow, GA, GAX, OPM, and GRAT development. \nAnalyze Genesys logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. \n 10+ years of development experience with the Genesys Suite, specializing in Genesys Framework (Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS, Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Eservices). \n4+ years of experience in Amazon Connect. \nExpertise in designing and developing routing applications for voice and multi-channel platforms using Composer/IRD and SCXML. VXML experience is a plus. \nProficiency with tools like CCpulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), and GA (Genesys Administrator). \nDatabase knowledge, particularly in SQL and Cassandra, is advantageous. \nExperience with SDLC processes and CICD tools like Jenkins and GitHub. \nHands-on routing development experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR, Multi-channel). \nExperience with configuration management tools. \nSkilled in developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS. \nFamiliarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys/Cisco frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components. \nAbility to architect routing designs and provide development support for customers. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients. \nNice to have:\nExperience troubleshooting routing issues in production
