As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of the team that modernizes and enhances the platform services that power mission-critical applications.\nYou will contribute to the design, development, and operation of highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices on Google Cloud Platform. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong cloud expertise, software development skills, and the ability to solve complex challenges in distributed systems.\nResponsibilities:\nContribute to the next generation of the client’s SaaS platform, leveraging AI to improve customer service in the Contact Center. \nDesign, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices. \nApply expertise in cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to solve complex platform challenges. \nGain deep knowledge of existing systems and actively contribute to their design and modernization. \nProvide production support by troubleshooting and diving deep into the software stack. \nCollaborate with peers in a high-performing team environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability. \n 6+ years of software development experience in Java with Spring Boot\n3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure). \nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). \nProven experience designing and building highly available, scalable applications. \nStrong understanding of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security. \nNice to have:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. \nHands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, App Engine, and Cloud SQL. \nFamiliarity with Continuous
