Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.\n We are looking for a SOC 2 Project Manager to lead the company through the full SOC 2 Type II certification journey - from initial preparation, tools purchase and control implementation to successful external audit completion and certification.\nThis role exists to drive and coordinate all project activities required to achieve SOC 2 compliance and audit readiness across multiple business functions. You will oversee the full project lifecycle: from planning and implementation through evidence collection, audit preparation, and final certification - ensuring alignment across Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, Procurement, and external auditors.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, structured execution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive complex internal compliance initiatives in a global environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive the overall project plan, including implementation, evidence collection, and timely completion of all project milestones\nEnsure proper documentation, control design, and audit readiness in line with SOC 2 requirements\nManage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners\nCoordinate project-related activities across cross-functional teams, including Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement\nSupport project-related purchases and vendor coordination, working closely with Procurement and external suppliers\nProactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, escalating issues internally and externally when necessary\nPerform other duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the purpose of the role\n Qualifications\n5 + years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, audit readiness.\nProven experience delivering compliance, security, or governance-related projects; SOC 2 Type II experience is a strong advantage\nStrong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level stakeholders and external auditors\nUnderstanding of IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, sufficient to coordinate technical teams and interpret audit requirements\nExperience working with multicultural, globally
