Обязанности:

  • Обеспечение администрирования регламентных данных в 1С ЗУП (подразделения, виды расчетов, способы отражения, тарифы и проч);
  • Выполнение настроек для корректной работы пользователей (шаблонов проводок для выгрузок в SAP, Navision, начисление, регламентных значений и т.д);
  • Администрирование процессов и настроек для обеспечения корректного КЭДО (провайдер - VK);
  • Участие в проектах автоматизации процессов (анализ потребности, взаимодействие с отделом разработке, тестирование со стороны заказчика - HR);
  • Информирование пользователей об изменениях системы, методологическая поддержка, мониторинг заявок в службу поддержки с целью выявления массовых или общих проблем и оперативное подключение к их решению.

Требования:

  • Опыт роботы по направлению оптимизации/ автоматизации процессов КДП/ расчета заработной платы, НДФЛ, взносов на базе 1С ЗУП, настройки видов начислений;
  • Опыт работы с КЭДО, настройки процессов, администрирования базы;
  • Владение базовыми знаниями ТК РФ, алгоритмами построения регламентной отчетности.
