This role partners closely with commercial, operations, and business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced FP&A environment. This role is based in Atlanta GA and requires some travel between the sites.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport the monthly financial close and reporting process for the RTQA Division. \nAnalyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nAssist in developing quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans. \nPartner with Sales, Operations, and other functional teams to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy. \nPartner with department leaders to monitor spending and support financial decision-making\nConduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results, forecasts, and budgets. \nPrepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations for Division and Medical segment leadership. \nAssist with tracking and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance. \nCreate and improve existing financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting processes. \nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic initiatives as needed. \nCollaborate with Mirion Corporate finance teams to support reporting and planning requirements.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. \n1–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. \nUnderstanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, experience with Power BI, Onestream, Microsoft D365, and Visual ERP preferred. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \nEffective communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic FP&A
