The FP&A Manager position is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of operations finance for Oak Ridge, S&M, and Service within the Technologies Group, NA. activities for the assigned factory and functional areas.\nDeliver monthly financial analysis and identify trends in performance, spending, manufacturing variances, profitability, and product mix across the Technologies North America businesses.\nDevelop labor and overhead rates and monitor manufacturing efficiencies.\nManage the P&L, including revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, and participate in month-end close activities.\nDevelop and maintain best practices that ensure accurate and timely reporting and drive automation and standardization of processes.\nProvide analytical support that improves decision making and business performance by identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.\nDrive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.\nSupport financial planning activities to produce challenging yet achievable strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, with a clear understanding of requirements and results.\nPartner with finance teams, corporate FP&A, and operations teams.\nPrepare materials and analysis in support of executive meetings.\nPrepare ad hoc financial models, analyses, and projections.\n\nEssential Requirements\n5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.\nStrong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing variances.\nIntermediate proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP and planning systems.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to articulate the three financial statements.\nExperience with Power BI or other advanced data analytics tools (preferred).\nStrong attention to detail.\nExperience working in cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and assignments.\n\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor's degree in finance or accounting.\nMBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus but not
