Senior Director, Internal Audit.\n\nYour Mission\n\nYou will play a key role in executing the Company's risk-based Internal Audit plan across the EMEA region, while supporting global SOX compliance and Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.\n\nAs a trusted business partner, you will help strengthen risk management, governance and internal control practices across the organisation, while providing valuable insights to operational and corporate stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInternal Audit & Risk Management\nSupport the development of the annual risk-based audit plan\nPerform financial, operational, compliance and technology audits across the EMEA region\nConduct audit planning, fieldwork, documentation, reporting and follow-up activities\nAssess corrective action plans and monitor remediation efforts\nContribute to the development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme\n\nSOX Compliance & Internal Controls\nSupport the planning and coordination of SOX activities\nDesign, document and test Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)\nEvaluate control effectiveness and identify deficiencies\nPartner with process owners to strengthen the overall control environment\nSupport external auditors with SOX-related activities\n\nBusiness Partnership & Advisory\nServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders and functional teams\nProvide guidance on risk management, governance and internal controls\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and enhance processes and controls\nPrepare high-quality audit reports, presentations and management communications\n\nStrategic Projects\nParticipate in acquisition due diligence and integration projects\nSupport internal investigations related to fraud, financial misconduct or control matters\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline\n7+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Controls or a related field\nStrong knowledge of SOX 404 requirements\nExperience leading financial, operational, compliance and/or technology audits\nKnowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and IIA Standards\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nExperience working successfully in an international environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCIA, CPA, CISA, CFE or an equivalent professional certification\nExperience with data analytics and technology-enabled auditing\nExperience within an industrial or multinational organisation\n\nAdditional Information\nAn international role within a global organisation\nApproximately 10–25% international travel
