The position requires effective stakeholder engagement, sound business judgment, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Project Management and Execution\nLead assigned projects throughout their life cycle, meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.\nDevelop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets, and approved baselines.\nPlan and coordinate resources to achieve project milestones and contractual commitments.\nMonitor project performance, report progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.\n2. Financial and Commercial Management\nManage project budgets, cost forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and margins.\nProvide accurate inputs for percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations, monthly reporting, and financial analysis.\nSupport technical and commercial proposals, including estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.\nEvaluate the financial and contractual impacts of project changes and coordinate change orders.\n3. Stakeholder and Requirements Management\nServe as the primary customer contact and manage stakeholder expectations.\nIdentify, document, and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the project life cycle.\nEnsure project deliverables align with contractual requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.\n4. Risk and Change Management\nIdentify, assess, and monitor project risks and opportunities throughout the project life cycle.\nDevelop and implement risk response plans and escalate significant risks and issues.\nApply integrated change control to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost baselines.\n5. Technical Coordination and Leadership\nLead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality activities.\nReview engineering deliverables for compliance with contractual, technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer acceptance, and project closure.\nCapture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of project management processes.\n\nSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain a safe working environment and comply with applicable safety requirements.\nAdhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Mirion policies, including the Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and Operational Framework.\nSupport staff training and knowledge sharing to ensure operational continuity.\nOccasionally visit customer sites for project meetings or technical walkdowns (estimated travel of 10% or less).\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\nEssential\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related natural science or technical discipline, or equivalent demonstrated industrial or military experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent engineering projects with a combined value of approximately $10 million or more.\nExperience managing projects throughout their complete life cycle, from proposal development through customer acceptance and closure.\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, resource, risk, and change management.\nExperience with project budgeting, financial forecasting, EAC, and margin analysis.\nWorking knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent applications.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, including engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships.\nDesirable\nFive or more years of experience managing engineering projects.\nProfessional project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent qualification.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, including project cost control, procurement, and financial reporting.\nExperience in the commercial nuclear power industry, radiation monitoring systems, or nuclear instrumentation and control (I&C).\nExperience with nuclear quality assurance requirements, including ASME NQA-1, and fixed-price or cost-reimbursable
