You’ll work closely with customers and distributors across the region, with a particular focus on Australia and other key APAC markets, helping customers successfully understand, implement and use our products and solutions.\n\nThe position is based in Australia and involves significant regional travel, including customer site visits, workshops, demonstrations, conferences and training activities. The role requires travel of up to 60%, with the requisition indicating an average of approximately two weeks per month.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide expert technical and clinical support to customers across APAC\nDeliver product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and technical training\nRespond to customer enquiries and help resolve product application, compatibility, operation and maintenance-related concerns\nWork closely with clinical physicists to deliver tailored, high-level technical training where required\nSupport distributors across APAC with site visits, webinars, workshops, tender submissions and technical queries\nIdentify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions\nDevelop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders\nProvide product feedback and collaborate with global colleagues to share best practice and improve processes\nSupport sales and marketing channels with technical training and expertise\nAttend relevant conferences and trade shows across the region\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBSc or MSc in Medical Physics, Dosimetry or a related discipline\nMinimum of 2 years’ clinical experience\nStrong technical aptitude and confidence learning new technologies and industry standards\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong presentation and training skills, whether face-to-face or remotely\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively\nA self-motivated, organised and detail-focused approach\nPrevious experience providing technical training, education or support within a professional or academic environment would be advantageous\nFluent English and a willingness to travel extensively throughout APAC\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an opportunity to play an important role in expanding our clinical applications capability across a growing APAC market.
