As the function grows, so will your opportunity, with the potential to help build, mentor and ultimately manage a high performing team of Tender Presenters.\nAnd the earning potential is significant.\nWith a higher than usual retainer plus a highly attractive uncapped commission structure and OTE $200,000+, this role rewards someone who can combine strong residential building knowledge with exceptional client engagement and commercial capability.\nYou don’t necessarily need to be a current Tender Presenter either.\nIf you have a strong new home sales background and understand the residential building journey, but you’re ready to step away from traditional sales into a broader role with longer term leadership potential, this could be the move you’ve been looking for.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nYou’ll sit at one of the most important points in our customer journey, taking clients from a successful sale through tender, design and ultimately contract signing.\nYou will:\nPresent tenders, working drawings, specifications and inclusions to clients\nManage both Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild customers\nGuide clients confidently through tender, design and pre construction\nExplain pricing, site costs, variations, upgrades and design outcomes clearly\nBuild strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for clients\nCoordinate closely with Sales, Drafting and Estimating to keep jobs progressing\nReview drawings, pricing and documentation prior to contract preparation\nIdentify potential issues early and take ownership of finding solutions\nGuide customers through the HIA contract signing process\nDeliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining commercial outcomes\nHelp establish processes and standards as the Tender Presentation function grows\nOver time, assist with building, mentoring and leading a team of Tender Presenters\nWho We’re Looking For\nThere are a few different backgrounds that could work exceptionally well in this role.\nYou may already be an experienced Tender Presenter ready for greater responsibility and leadership.\nYou might come from new home sales, have an excellent understanding of the residential building process and be looking to move away from traditional sales into a broader client and commercially focused role.\nOr you may have experience across pre site, estimating, drafting coordination or customer experience and be ready for your next career step.\nWhat matters most is that you:\nHave strong residential building knowledge\nAre confident presenting and communicating with clients\nCan build trust and rapport quickly\nUnderstand plans, pricing, variations, inclusions and site costs\nHave strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills\nCan simplify complex building information for customers\nAre organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities\nTake ownership and solve problems rather than passing them on\nCan work effectively across Sales, Drafting, Estimating and Operations\nHave the confidence and capability to eventually help build and lead a team\nExperience across Greenfields and/or Knockdown Rebuild would
