Hellas S.A. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Controls & Cost Planning Engineer, based in Athens with regular visits to the project site in Crete, to join its Procurement, Contracts, Project Controls & Cost Planning Department.\nThe successful candidate will contribute to the effective planning, monitoring and financial control of Elounda Hills, a landmark luxury resort and marina development in Crete.\nRequirements\nDevelop, maintain and monitor the project's master schedule, ensuring effective progress tracking and timely identification of deviations.\nPrepare and update project cash flow forecasts, incorporating project schedules, financial commitments and contingencies.\nCoordinate and review deliverables prepared by external cost consultants.\nPrepare periodic project controls reports for management and other key stakeholders.\nReview contractor schedules, progress reports and recovery plans.\nSupport the assessment of contractor claims, extensions of time and schedule-related contractual matters.\nCollaborate with project management teams, consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.\nApply working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract provisions relating to programs, notices, payments and commercial terms.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 4 years in project controls, planning or cost management.\nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel.\nProven experience in project scheduling, cash flow forecasting and cost monitoring.\nFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and construction claims assessment.\nStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills.\nFluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nBenefits\nCompetitive
