{"id":3675218,"url":"https://alion.io/job/mirum-senior-tendering-contracts-engineer","title":"Senior Tendering & Contracts Engineer","company":{"id":1014710,"name":"MIRUM","domain":"mirum.gr","url":"https://alion.io/company/mirum-gr","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workable","truth_index":null},"role":"Industrial Engineering","role_family":"Industrial Engineering","seniority":"senior","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Athens, Greece"],"countries":["GR"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-11-02T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-11-02","last_verified_at":"2026-11-07T01:11:17Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":5,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":5},"description":"Mirum Hellas S.A. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Tendering & Contracts Engineer, based in Athens, with occasional visits to project sites, to join its Procurement, Contracts, Project Controls & Cost Planning Department and contribute to the successful delivery of Elounda Hills, a landmark luxury resort and marina development in Crete.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in managing tendering procedures, commercial evaluations and contractual processes, representing the Company's interests throughout the procurement and contract management lifecycle.\nRequirements\nPrepare, coordinate and manage tendering procedures, including RFQs, RFPs and tender evaluations.\nCoordinate tendering processes and communicate with potential suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and service providers.\nMonitor tendering progress, tender deadlines and contract award status.\nReview and evaluate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.\nParticipate in contract negotiations and coordinate the incorporation of agreed commercial and contractual terms.\nDraft, review and negotiate construction contracts, consultancy agreements and other commercial arrangements.\nIdentify and assess contractual and commercial risks.\nMonitor contractual obligations, variations, milestones and deliverables.\nCollaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Finance and Legal teams to support effective project execution.\nPrepare reports, commercial comparisons and contract-related documentation.\nMaintain contract registers and provide regular status updates.\nQualifications & Experience\nUniversity degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline- five-year Diploma or BSc with MSc.\nMinimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in tendering and contract management, preferably within the engineering, construction and real estate development sectors.\nProven experience in tender evaluations, contract drafting and commercial negotiations.\nStrong understanding of construction contracts and commercial terms;
