Job Description :
A leading automotive financial services organization is looking for an experienced ServiceDesk Manager to lead enterprise IT support operations and IT asset management. The role will oversee service desk delivery, incident and escalation management, IT asset lifecycle, software license compliance, vendor management, and audit readiness while ensuring high service standards and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Service Desk team to deliver high-quality end-user support.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements.
- Manage escalations, stakeholder communication, and critical user issues.
- Oversee IT hardware and software asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and license compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement to optimize cost and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and support internal and external IT audits.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk Management.
- Strong experience with Information Technology Service Management tools and IT asset/inventory management solutions.
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise IT support teams.
- Sound understanding of software licensing, vendor management, and IT governance.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willing to work onsite from Manesar.
