Our vision is to be the world’s leading developer and provider of accurate, actionable, and affordable microRNA-powered diagnostic tests.\nJob Location: Helios (Onsite)\n Job Summary\n The Senior Manager, Strategic Communications will report to the VP of Stakeholder Relations & Public Affairs, to support the communication efforts to increase brand awareness and achieve stated objectives/goals.\nThey will work with the various internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners to execute effective campaigns, manage the company's website and social platforms as well as drive content creation. They will also support the external communications efforts whenever required.\n Roles and Responsibilities\n The Strategic Communications department plays a key role in how external stakeholders such as investors, partners, customers, the media and the general public perceive Mirxes. Working closely with the C-Suite, the Strategic Communications team will develop, enhance and maintain Mirxes’ corporate identity and brand image via the Message House which will be reiterated across all external engagements by the key stakeholders. There are five main areas which the team is focused on to bring the Mirxes story to life and share externally Mirxes’ vision and mission - to improve and save lives through a comprehensive suite of accurate preventive healthcare and precision oncology solutions for everyone by making them affordable and easily accessible and available:\nMedia and public relations\nSocial media relations\nDigital communications\nCrisis communications\nBranding\nOwn, manage and execute social media strategy and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve company’s goals through paid and owned media.\nOwn and manage the company website (for the corporate pillars), including but not limited to website optimisation, enhancing user experience, content creation and update.\nDrive content creation across all platforms for brand growth and engagement\nIdentify, plan and execute high-impact campaigns like brand events, speaking opportunities and more\nEnsure corporate website is aligned with branding, and manage media section on website\nStay abreast of trends, tools and best practices and provide market insights to refine and better social media and digital communications strategy/campaigns\nDetermine social media KPIs\nSupport internal and external communications and media when needed\n Desired Skills and Competencies\n Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant disciplines, preferably with 4 to 6 years of work experience in digital marketing communications and social media.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.\nExperience in planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.\nExperience of working in a fast-paced start-up environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.\nAbility to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams.\nSelf-starter with drive to get things done, able to build effective cross-team relationships to move projects forward.\nStrong ownership and prior experience in managing projects to deliver targets and results.\nProactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.\nProven experience and/or a strong network within the media industry is preferred, though not a strict requirement.\nThis position is based in
