The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics. Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AlB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA.\nResponsible for implementing and adhering strictly to SQF guidelines, prerequisite safety plans, and facility sanitation controls.\nActively ensures shift teams are effectively trained, evaluated, and consistently meeting the facility’s food safety and operational objectives.\nMonitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.\nFoster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments.\nUphold and enforce safety and quality protocols within the facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.\nOptimize the allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.\nLead and mentor front-line operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.\nEnsure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
