Our customers are global - the US, Middle East, Australia and Europe, and our reach is growing.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in retail technology, and a proven track record of successfully engaging with the EU and US markets. You MUST have proven experience in conducting outreach via phone calls and emails to customers, particularly in the US to Enterprise Customers. You’ll have developed your sales experience within a technology product like ERP systems, CRMS or Accounting / HR softwares. Your written and spoken English skills will be impeccable.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing sales team and work closely with senior members to drive revenue and build strong partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Generation: Conduct outbound lead generation to create new business opportunities. Develop and execute calling and lead-generation campaigns. Handle incoming inquiries and qualify leads effectively.\nOutreach: Engage with retailers of varying sizes and channels across the Europe and US markets. Develop innovative strategies to establish partnerships that drive revenue and sales growth.\nAccount Support: Assist the Senior Sales team with opening new accounts with major retailers, completing supplier setup forms, and maintaining our CRM system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.\nMarket Research: Perform in-depth research to identify and approach the right contacts using LinkedIn and other channels.\nReporting & Meetings: Attend all sales meetings and produce agreed-upon reports, such as lead conversion and sales reports.\nAbout You\nEducation & Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in inside sales, specifically within the retail technology sector.\nExperience selling tech products to large enterprise businesses\nAt least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Sales Executive, or similar role, with proven outreach success in the US markets.\nSkills & Competencies:\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team.\nStrong IT skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM.\nExperience in engaging with both warm and cold leads, and successfully closing deals..\nThe desire to work in a fast-growing small business that is truly groundbreaking in its service offering.\nPolished and professional demeanour with a courteous telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.\nWhy MishiPay?\nYou’ll work with an ambitious and inspirational multi-cultural team who are redefining the retail industry globally.
