MishiPay now also runs Mobile POS, Click and Collect and Cash registers, so that merchants, who\ninitially start with our self-checkout, can eventually run their whole store checkout process on MishiPay. With our technology, retailers have proven reductions in cost, due to requiring fewer cashiers, a marked increase in sales due to improved basket sizes, higher frequency of shopper visits and reduction in abandoned baskets, and in addition, all our retailers can access rich and priceless data about their customers. This enables a much better understanding of the customer journey in their bricks and mortar stores.\nAbout The Role\nAs we grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer / Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive the successful delivery of complex projects. If you are passionate about technology, have a strong background in engineering, and excel at managing projects, we want to hear from you.\nYou must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Project Manager and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects related to retail technology, POS implementation, payment kiosks etc.\nIt’s essential that you’re used to working at pace in a growing startup or scaleup environment, you’re technical and commercial, used to working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and have fluent English verbal and written skills. You’ll be used to prioritising multiple tasks and delivering projects\non time whilst also problem solving quickly and effectively.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. POS Implementation Project Management:\nOversee and manage multiple retail tech implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, and track project progress.\nIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive resolution.\nCoordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant team members.\nProvide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.\nMinimum 50% travel is expected, and you will be required to work from the client's office.\n2. Technical Expertise:\nUtilize your engineering background to understand complex technical projects and provide insights into project feasibility, resources, and timelines.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.\n3.
