The role focuses on supporting the planning, review, and follow-up of construction projects across different governorates. Responsibilities include reviewing project documentation and shop drawings, preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates, analyzing interim payment certificates, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate execution of works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.\nKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of the Engineering Sector and the Technical Office in reviewing construction projects executed by the foundation through preparing visit plans and verifying executed works against technical specifications and drawings.\n\nReview and analyze payment certificates to ensure alignment with actual executed works.\n\nStudy project contract documents (time schedules, design drawings, BOQ, specifications, etc.) and highlight discrepancies when found.\n\nReview project drawings and specifications, prepare shop drawings, and follow up on required modifications.\n\nConduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and contracts.\n\nPrepare and follow up on Requests for Information (RFIs) related to unclear, missing, or conflicting items during project execution.\n\nReview and monitor contract variations, change orders, saving and exceeding memorandums, and price deviation claims.\n\nContribute to developing and updating the Technical Office procedures and systems for project follow-up.\n\nCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and technical departments to ensure compliance with required specifications and codes.\n\nIssue material receiving reports (MRRs) for delivered materials and verify conformity with specifications.\n\nSupervise concrete works in the presence of the engineer or consultant, including performing slump tests and preparing cube samples for laboratory testing.\n\nPrepare periodic technical and financial reports and provide recommendations to enhance project performance and resolve issues effectively.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.\n\n3–7 years of proven experience in Technical Office or construction supervision.\n\nStrong knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.\n\nProven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract review.\n\nFamiliarity with the Egyptian Code and international building standards.\n\nProficiency in engineering and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).\n\nStrong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a
