(security health and performance) executing data loads and performing data modeling in support of multiple development teams. \nResponsibilities:Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments from development to mission-critical production systems.\nConfigure and maintain database servers and processes including monitoring of system health and performance to ensure high levels of performance availability and security.\nApply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations\nIndependently analyze solve and correct issues in real time providing problem resolution end-to-end.\nRefine and automate regular processes track issues and document changes\nAssist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.\nProvide 24x7 support for critical production systems.\nPerform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.\nShare domain and technical expertise providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.\nCheck status of database and fine tuning its performance\nDetermination needed servers (operating systems hardware prerequisites)\nProvide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve implementation errors.\nQualificationsBachelors Degree.\n4 years MS SQL Server Administration experience required\nExperience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools\nExperience with backups restores and recovery models\nKnowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server\nExperience working with Windows server including Active Directory\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nFlexible team player get-it-done personality\nAbility to organize and plan work independently\nAbility to work in a rapidly changing environment\nAbility to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams\nBanking Experience is a strong plus\nMCTS MCITP and/or MVP certifications a plus\nknowledge of Linux and Windows\nBasic information of ORACLE database\nFluent in English\nWork under pressure \n\nRequired Experience:\nSenior
