Behind every rug is a story most people never see: the sample that came back the wrong shade, the conversation about why a border changed, the colourway that finally lands. Our Co-Founder & CCO, Alex Weller, lives those moments every week. We're looking for someone to capture them and turn them into content people stop scrolling for.\nThis is a founder-led content role. You'll spend one day a week with Alex, at HQ and in supplier and design meetings, and the rest of your time planning, editing and reading the numbers. You'll decide which moments are worth posting, shoot and cut them on an iPhone, and help Alex sound like herself on camera. Instagram comes first, with TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube alongside.\nAbout You\nYou live on social. You spot a trend before it peaks, you know which sounds are moving, and you know when a brand should join a moment and when it should sit it out. You can talk about a Reel's hook and its save rate in the same breath: the look matters to you, and so do the numbers. Reach, engagement rate, watch time and shares tell you what to make next.\nMost of our customers are in Australia, so you'll have a feel for what lands with an Australian audience, even from Hong Kong.\nYou're quick with the kit. Shooting one-handed while holding a ring light and framing the shot is second nature, and you edit fast in CapCut or similar.\nAnd you're good with people. You'll work closely with Alex, her team and our suppliers, and you'll see things that aren't public. You know when to keep filming and when to put the phone down, you're comfortable directing someone senior with warmth, and you keep what you see to yourself until it's ready to share.\nWhat You'll Do\nPlan each week’s shoot with Alex and the team. Choose the moments, meetings and milestones worth capturing, and find the content in everyday work.\nBring trends, formats and cultural moments worth joining, and tell us which ones to skip.\nPrepare simple shoot plans: scenes, shot list, framing, mood references and a hook for each piece.\nBrief Alex with short talking points so she’s relaxed and natural on camera. Help her sound thoughtful and practical and focused on how people live in their homes, never like a sales pitch.\nShoot short-form video on iPhone and edit it into finished, platform-native pieces with captions, subtitles, sound and cover frames.\nWrite first-draft captions for review.\nTrack reach, engagement rate, watch time, saves and shares. Share a short weekly read on what worked, what didn’t and what to try next.\nWork with marketing and the wider content team so founder content fits the broader calendar.\nYou’ll bring\n3+ years creating short-form social content, for a brand, an agency or your own channels\nFluency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube: formats, trends, sounds and how to join an online conversation\nConfident shooting and editing on iPhone (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar), including lighting and framing on your own\nComfort with social analytics, and the ability to explain why a piece performed the way it did\nA strong eye for aesthetics, framing and storytelling, and an instinct for what feels authentic on camera\nExcellent written English. Most of our customers are in Australia, so a feel for what lands with an Australian audience matters\nComfort using AI tools such as Claude for planning, scripting and caption drafts\nOrganisation and initiative: you arrive with a plan and leave with usable content\nAn interest in interiors, design or homewares (a bonus, not a must)\nIf you love the story behind how things are made, we’d love to see what you’d make of ours.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3713,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Content Creation","Plastics & Polymers"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-04T11:48:39Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":25,"reasons":["conf:3","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-05T05:54:30Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/miss-amara-founder-content-creator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/miss-amara-founder-content-creator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T14:18:12Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":18491,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2744952},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2744952"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmiss-amara-founder-content-creator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmiss-amara-founder-content-creator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmiss-amara-founder-content-creator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/miss-amara-founder-content-creator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmiss-amara-founder-content-creator"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3741328}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"missamara.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3741328},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
