As one of Australia’s most awarded IT and Cyber Security providers, and now part of the Infosys family, we’re scaling our global cyber capability and investing in top-tier talent in India.\nWith over 28 years of experience, 200+ team members, and a culture built on inclusion, innovation, and impact, we create an environment where skilled security professionals can do meaningful work, sharpen their craft, and grow their careers.\nWe areThe Missing Linkbetween where you are and where you want to be.\nThe Opportunity\nWe’re expanding our Cyber Security Consulting team and are looking for experienced Penetration Testers to join us in Bengaluru.\nThis is a hands-on, technical role suited to ethical hackers and security researchers who enjoy variety, autonomy, and working on complex, real-world client environments across multiple industries.\nYou’ll deliver high-quality security testing engagements, help clients understand and remediate risk, and continuously evolve your skills alongside a highly capable team.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nDepending on client needs, your work may include:\nVulnerability Assessments (Internal, External, Web Applications, Databases)\nPenetration Testing (Internal, External, Web, Database, Mobile & Wireless)\nFirewall and password audits\nSOE security assessments\nSource code reviews\nSecurity risk (ISO 27k) and Privacy Impact (APP) assessments\nRed team attack simulations\nYou’ll also contribute to advising clients on remediation strategies, risk mitigation, and secure design - not just finding issues, but helping solve them.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years’ experience as a security consultant or penetration tester\nAn existing penetration testing certification such as OSCP, OSCE or CREST is mandatory\nExperience delivering at least 6 of the different types of engagements listed above\nStrong technical skills as an ethical hacker and security researcher\nExtensive knowledge and experience within the IT Security industry\nKnowledge of a range of consulting and security vendor solution offerings\nAbility to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team\nStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations\nBenefits\nA great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
