Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.\nFind out more about us and our purpose.\nYour opportunity\nJoin Mission Australia's Street to Home Immediate Housing Response team and help people experiencing homelessness take the next step towards safe, stable housing.\nAs a Case Manager, you'll work alongside people who are doing it tough, helping them navigate challenges, connect with support services and achieve their housing goals. Whether it's finding accommodation, accessing community supports or overcoming barriers to independence, you'll play a key role in helping people move forward.\nBased in Cairns, you'll be part of a supportive and passionate team that believes everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
