As the Community Development Manager, you will lead community engagement, tenant programs and build partnerships that empower residents and drive positive social outcomes across Mission Australia Housing communities.\nWorking closely with residents, stakeholders and internal teams, you will champion resident-led initiatives, build community capacity, secure partnerships and funding opportunities to deliver measurable and lasting change.
