By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we’re enabling people to unlock real financial progress. Sound like a mission you can get behind?\nWe’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, Data & Models to own delivery across Mission Lane’s data and modeling work, from intake through deployment and ongoing maintenance, reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Prioritization & Delivery.\nThe impact you’ll make:\nA customer opens the app and finds a credit line that has grown, a decision that came back quickly, or a next step explained in plain language. Behind each of those moments is data that is trusted and available, and often a model that has been built, validated, and approved to use it.\nThe Senior Delivery Manager, Data & Models shapes how that work gets planned, sequenced, and delivered. Data platforms, pipelines, and products feed nearly everything we do, and models are one of the highest-stakes things built on top of them. Every initiative crosses data engineering, data science, credit, risk, and compliance, and each group works to its own rhythm and its own standards. Your puzzle is sequencing that work so the right things ship in the right order, with governance built in rather than bolted on, keeping speed and rigor in balance.\nMission Lane is standing up a dedicated delivery team, and you will set the standard for how data and model work gets delivered. The teams you work with will run on a delivery approach you build and shape.\nWhat you’ll own:\nThe delivery roadmap for data and model initiatives across all business verticals, including milestones, dependencies, and sequencing, built with the portfolio prioritization team\nA single, current view of every data and model initiative in flight, with status, risks, and next steps shared with leaders and partner teams on a regular cadence\nCoordination across data engineering, data science, credit, risk, and compliance, with dependencies and unknowns surfaced early and cross-team problems driven to a solution\nThe delivery playbook for model development, validation, deployment, credit policy updates, and related approval flows, with clear handoff ownership at every stage\nModel governance readiness, so models arrive at review complete and approvals don’t become a surprise bottleneck\nDelivery practices for data work such as pipeline and platform changes, data product releases, and data quality remediation, with the same clarity on ownership and handoffs\nOperational point of contact responsibilities for 2nd line credit and model risk management bank oversight\nContinuous improvement of how we plan and deliver, using delivery data and retrospectives to reduce coordination overhead and rework\nInformal guidance for less experienced delivery colleagues as delivery practice takes shape\nYou’ll thrive in this role if:\nYou see delivery risk early. You notice the missing data dependency, the skipped validation step, or the sequencing conflict, trace it to its source, and bring a recommendation to the table.\nYou are at home in data-heavy work and understand how data quality, lineage, and availability shape what can ship and when. You know how models are built, validated, governed, and deployed well enough to plan around the work and discuss it credibly with the data scientists, credit partners, and model risk reviewers who do it every day.\nYou lead across teams you don’t manage. You build trust early, bring teams to a plan everyone understands, and explain the “why” behind new ways of working so teams adopt them and keep using them.\nYou make sound sequencing and priority calls as the picture develops.\nYou communicate with precision: clear plans, clear status, clear escalation, and no ambiguity about who owns what or what happens next.\nYou share what you know, guiding colleagues through coaching and example.\nMinimum qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in program or project delivery, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a data-heavy environment\nTrack record of leading multiple concurrent initiatives spanning three or more cross-functional teams, including technical teams\nWorking knowledge of the data and model development lifecycle (data engineering, development, validation, deployment, monitoring), enough to plan work and manage dependencies with technical teams\nExperience working within model governance, model risk management, or other formal review and approval processes in a regulated environment\nExperience building delivery structure, processes, or standards (intake, documentation, status reporting, handoffs) that teams adopted and sustained\nClear, direct written and verbal communication, with ownership, status, and next steps unambiguous\nExperience calibrating escalation to senior leaders, knowing what to raise and what to resolve directly\nExperience informally guiding or coaching colleagues without formal management authority\nAbility to travel ~4+ times per year for in-person collaboration\nPreferred qualifications:\nDirect experience with 2nd line oversight or bank regulator expectations for model risk management (e.g., SR 11-7), such as preparing for model validation or regulatory exams\nExperience delivering data platform, pipeline, or analytics initiatives alongside credit risk or other financial models\nExperience standing up a new function or process where no established approach existed\nCompensation: \nAnnual full-time starting base salary range: $117,000 - $152,000\nThis role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs.\nPay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role. Mission Lane also offers a comprehensive benefits plan, which includes paid time off, 401(k) match, a monthly wellness stipend, health/dental/vision insurance options, disability coverage, paid parental leave, flexible spending account (for childcare and healthcare), life insurance, and a remote-first work environment.\nAbout Mission Lane:\nFounded in December 2018, Mission Lane is a purpose-driven fintech company based in the U.S., with headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. \nIt all started with a realization: nearly fifty percent of the adult population in the U.S. doesn’t have access to a clear line of credit. Most traditional credit card companies either overlook or overcharge this group because they have less-than-perfect credit scores or no scores at all. We decided this just wouldn’t do.\nIn partnership with our sponsor banks, we offer credit cards under the Mission Lane brand name, with better, clearer terms, and a more refined customer experience than the alternatives available to people working hard to improve their credit. To date, over four million consumers have chosen Mission Lane, earning high customer ratings on Credit Karma for its market segment and industry leading Net Promoter scores. \nMission Lane has cumulatively raised over $600 million of equity from leading investors, including Invus Opportunities, QED Investors, LL Funds, funds affiliated with Oaktree Capital Management, and other leading investors.\nOur commitment to a workplace built on respect and dignity is guided by our core value of Unity. We believe that everyone plays a vital role in our shared purpose, and we actively cultivate an environment where all individuals have the opportunity to do their best work. By fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration, we create a strong sense of belonging and support for every team member.\nMission Lane is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status. \nMission Lane provides reasonable accommodations to applicants who need them for medical or religious reasons, as required by law. Applicants can initiate an accommodation request by contacting .\nMission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization and please, no third-party recruiters.\nApplication Integrity:\nOur cardholders trust us with their financial well-being, and this trust starts with the integrity of the people on our team. We're looking for team members who share our dedication to transparency and truth. Please verify that the information in your application is accurate and complete. \nProviding any information to Mission Lane that is not completely truthful at any point during the application or hiring process may result in removal from the hiring process, disqualification from future opportunities, withdrawal of an offer or other sanctions for candidates and, in addition for employees, disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.","description_format":"text","description_chars":8996,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity","Life insurance","Parental leave","Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cards & Card Issuing","Consumer Loans & Pawnshops"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-22T12:52:42Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 3 · green card filings: 3","filings_12m":3,"filings_prev_12m":4,"green_card_filings_12m":3,"median_offered_wage_usd":170000,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)","US Department of Labor: PERM disclosure data (green cards)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":3,"expected_fill_days":53,"reasons":["conf:2","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-26T05:57:25Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":152000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/mission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/mission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-26T18:52:20Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":25397,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-27T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3141},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3141"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/mission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmission-lane-senior-delivery-manager-data-models"}]}
