When you join Mission Rock, you join a team that’s invested in your success and well-being.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common grounds of the property.\nYour day-to-day may include:\nInspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed\nUse power blower and pressure washer to clean breezeways, steps, sidewalks, pool areas, and any other common areas\nMaintain the property’s flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas\nPick up trash on the property and in common areas, including, but not limited to driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and all public areas\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nPrevious experience as a porter or similar function is preferred\nKnowledge of using standard grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power blowers, and pressure washers\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nWhat We Offer\nWe believe in taking care of our team the way they take care of our residents.
