If you're passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people and want to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team, we would love to hear from you.\nTriple Care Farm Robertson is a leading residential Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) withdrawal and rehabilitation service located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Supporting young people aged 16 to 24 years, our program provides a safe, structured and therapeutic environment where participants can focus on recovery, strengthen their wellbeing and develop the skills needed to thrive.\nPart-Time Opportunities Available\nWe are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Residential Youth Workers to join our team in the following opportunities:\nFixed-Term Contract (3 months): 30.4 hours per week\nPermanent Part-Time: 34.2 hours per week\nPermanent Part-Time: 15.2 hours per week\nThese roles work across a 24/7 roster and provide support across both our residential rehabilitation program and withdrawal unit, offering a unique opportunity to support young people at different stages of their recovery journey.\nAs a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for young people participating in residential rehabilitation and withdrawal services.
