The right person will have expertise in developing and managing integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base, and will be eager to help our clients run best-of-breed digital programs in support of their mission. We’re a little biased, sure, but you also won’t find another team like ours: We’re wired to bring together cutting-edge direct-response strategy and execution for the most pressing issues of our time.\nPositions within this team include:\nList Acquisition\nClient Management (B2B)\nDirect Mail Strategy\nFundraising Strategy (small dollar)\nFundraising Strategy (mid/high dollar)\nProduction Services (print)\nThis may not be a holistic list and is subject to change as new positions are added to the direct mail strategy team. \nSuccessful candidates will be responsible for (varying levels of responsibility depending on your experience):\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels such as email, SMS or others;\nOverseeing the design and production process, ensuring materials meet quality standards and are consistent with branding guidelines;\nSegmenting donor lists based on various criteria such as donor history, giving capacity, and demographics, to optimize campaign targeting;\nAnalyzing campaign performance and donor responses to refine future strategies;\nMonitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI);\nSupporting the development of fundraising strategies to engage donors through direct mail, ensuring a positive donor experience;\nEnsuring compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and best practices;\nPreparing regular reports and documentation related to direct mail fundraising activities; and\nCollaborating with external vendors, including printing and mailing services, to ensure cost-effective and timely campaign execution.\nMust-have qualifications:\nExperience with consulting/agency direct mail fundraising, with a background in nonprofit, advocacy, or political work;\nStrong project management skills to be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools;.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication;\nAbility to think creatively to develop compelling fundraising content;\nKnowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices;
