teams, fostering a cohesive approach to align on company goals and strategies.\n\nStay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition trends, market dynamics, and emerging platforms in Korea & Japan.\n\nRequirements:\n4-7+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with a strong track record of driving results.\n\nProven ability to manage UA campaigns across multiple platforms, effectively handling substantial budgets.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of mobile advertising technologies, including attribution tools and platforms.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for user acquisition.\n\nHands-on experience with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, and major platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others relevant to the Japanese market.\n\nExperience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.\n\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise reporting.\n\nBilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and
