In this role, you will lead and build a new team dedicated to the technically complex work we do with our Partners, turning that work into repeatable product features.\nYou’ll work to scale the team as they grow, help prioritize and support work in a fast paced environment, and build a healthy team culture. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral’s technology is adopted globally and unlock large business opportunities\nWhat You Will Do\nRemove obstacles and create an environment where your team can focus on building solutions.\n\nOwn the most critical partnerships of the company and what's required to make them a success.\n\nTranslate product vision into technical reality, collaborating closely with the Product team.\n\nEnsure applications are performant, stable, and responsive.\n\nUphold high code quality standards through reviews, testing, and automation.\n\nOwn the full software development process, from design to deployment.\n\nPlan projects, including roadmaps, deadlines, and task allocation.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design, and Partners.\n\nSupport team growth through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience building and managing engineering teams.\n\nProficiency in Python and at least one web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask).\n\nProficiency in C#, Golang, TypeScript and at least one web framework.\n\nExperience with large-scale distributed systems.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Design, and Business.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\nOwnership mindset and ability to ship products end-to-end.\n\nExcellent communication skills and a low-ego, team-first attitude.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
