We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.\nThe Role\nAs an Engineering Team Lead, you will build and develop the core platform that supports our AI products. This role combines technical execution with leadership, ensuring our systems work effectively for developers and users.\nYour work will directly improve the developer experience, making it more efficient and intuitive. The team builds reliable infrastructure that supports our products and enables seamless integration for both internal and external users.\nYou will split your time between hands-on coding and strategic leadership, including project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and team growth. This balance allows you to drive technical solutions while guiding the team toward long-term success.\nWhat You Will Do\nRemove obstacles and create an environment where your team can focus on building solutions.\n\nTranslate product vision into technical reality, collaborating closely with the Product team.\n\nEnsure applications are performant, stable, and responsive.\n\nUphold high code quality standards through reviews, testing, and automation.\n\nOwn the full software development process, from design to deployment.\n\nPlan projects, including roadmaps, deadlines, and task allocation.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.\n\nSupport team growth through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProficiency in Python and at least one web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask).\n\nProficiency in C#, Golang, TypeScript and at least one web framework.\n\nExperience with large-scale distributed systems.\n\nExperience building and leading engineering teams.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Design, and Business.\n\nKnowledge of databases, caching mechanisms, and messaging systems.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\nOwnership mindset and ability to ship products end-to-end.\n\nExcellent communication skills and a low-ego, team-first attitude.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
