We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.\nThe role\nWe’re seeking an Internal Event Manager to lead our internal event strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive events plan, manage our new event spaces, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional experiences for Mistralers.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and execute a strategy for internal events, ensuring alignment with Mistral’s culture and objectives.\n\nPlan and manage events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers in Paris.\n\nAct as the primary contact for internal teams hosting events in our new HQ.\n\nEnsure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least +6 years, with 3 years as an Event Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or tech environment.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n\nA network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris.\n\nFluency in English and French.\n\nIt would be ideal if you had:\nKnowledge of AV and technical event requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM or event management software.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
