We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nIn this role you will lead and grow Mistral AI's partnerships with OEMs, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and expanding business opportunities across both organizations. You will serve as the primary owner of the relationship with Hardware OEMS, aligning cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.\nSuccess in this role means building strong executive-level relationships, driving OEM deals, and building a best-in-class Partner OEM team. You will play a critical role in shaping partnership strategy, influencing product collaboration, and ensuring Mistral AI fully leverages Hardware OEMs’ ecosystem, programs, and resources to accelerate revenue and market presence.\nWhat Makes You a Qualified Candidate\n15+ years of experience working with hardware OEMs in solution sales, direct sales or channels\n\nProven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes\n\nStrong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels\n\nDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives\n\nStrong knowledge of Sovereign AI frameworks and offerings\n\nNice-to-have qualifications\nExperience developing and executing GTM strategies and business plans with partners\n\nStrong understanding of Hardware OEM's business model, products, programs, and funding structures\n\nAbility to identify and scale new business opportunities through partnerships\n\nExcellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints\n\nHigh energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
