We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.\nThe Role\nMistral is seeking Research Engineer - Full Stack to facilitate the adoption of its products among internal stakeholders and collaborate with them to address complex technical challenges.\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate closely with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex customer projects, integrating cutting-edge AI models into clients’ software products.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.\nDevelop complex use cases with our internal stakeholders, providing guidance and ensuring the best production integration with back-end and front-end interfaces.\nCollaborate with our product and science team to continuously improve our product and model capabilities based on internal feedback.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou are fluent in English\nYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nYou have 2+ years as a technical individual contributor on cutting-edge technologies\nYou have strong technical coding skills in Python and TypeScript\nYou have experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, or VueJS.\nYou have experience with back-end technologies such as NodeJS.\nYou have a solid understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.\nYou hold strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms with technical and non-technical audiences\nIdeally you have:\nExperience with LLM/GenAI models\nContributed to open-source projects or libraries\nExperience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Technical Product Manager\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
