We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.\nRole Summary\nAs a Workplace Project Manager, you will own and drive complex, multi-site, and high-stakes workplace projects that shape the future of how we work. This role is at the heart of aligning our global workplace strategy with Mistral's mission, values (Audacity, Rigor, Customer Success, Speed, Low Ego), and rapid growth.\nYou will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of workplace operations projects, ensuring efficient facilities management, optimal space utilization, and high-quality service delivery across all sites.\nYou will report directly to the Workplace Lead EMEA, and be part of the HR Team.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects, ensuring full alignment with business strategy and Mistral's core values. This includes opening and scaling new offices globally, managing and tracking the annual Workplace budget, negotiating leases and contracts with providers, launching and managing calls for tenders and supplier evaluations.\n\nEstablish and enforce project governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nLead post-project reviews to capture insights and drive organizational improvements.\n\nDevelop compliance frameworks for multi-site programs, integrating sustainability and ESG considerations into project design.\n\nAdvise on emerging regulations and drive a culture of health, safety, and rigor across project teams.\n\nWorkplace Strategy & Innovation\nDrive workplace strategy across global sites, integrating occupancy insights, business unit feedback, and emerging industry trends.\n\nDevelop mid- to long-term capacity plans and champion audacious, innovative space solutions.\n\nLead the adoption and optimization of digital workplace tools, advanced automations, and align technology with organizational goals.\n\nVendor & Financial Management\nManage a portfolio of strategic vendor and contractor relationships, developing preferred supplier frameworks.\n\nNegotiate multi-project agreements and mentor team members on procurement best practices.\n\nLead budget management for complex portfolios, design financial reporting frameworks, and identify strategic cost efficiencies.\n\nAdvise leadership on cost trade-offs and mentor junior team members on financial governance.\n\nExperience and Skills\nProven track record: 8+ years in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate, with experience delivering complex, multi-site initiatives.\n\nStrategic thinking: Ability to align project delivery with business objectives and long-term workplace strategy.\n\nFinancial & vendor expertise: Strong budget and cost management skills, including financial reporting, cost trade-off analysis, and strategic vendor negotiations.\n\nRisk & compliance mindset: Deep understanding of risk frameworks, contingency planning, and compliance (including ESG, health & safety, and workplace regulations).\n\nDigital fluency: Experience with workplace management tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nExperience in the tech industry or fast-growing scale-up environments.\n\nKnowledge of workplace analytics: IWMS platforms or space planning software.\n\nBackground in workplace design, architecture, or facilities engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with international workplace standards and sustainability certifications.\n\nYou're an amazing fit if you:\nHave a service mindset\n\nAre able to multitask and prioritize effectively\n\nKeep discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information\n\nHave a positive attitude and strong work ethics\n\nHave a passion for building and maintaining a community within the office space\n\nThrive in a fast-paced workplace environment\n\nHave excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nHave extraordinary organizational and time management skills\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
