Candidates must be capable of setting up RT equipment, interpreting inspection results, and maintaining accurate documentation while working in industrial environments.\nWorking for MISTRAS Group:\nComprehensive health benefits with coverage after 30 days worked full-time employment\nGenerous paid time off and company paid training\nCompetitive Wages & Per Diem for Travel jobs per DSA Rates\n401K Savings Plan with 50% company match up to 6% of salary, after 90 days\nJob Responsibilities:\nPerform Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with approved procedures and standards\nSet up, calibrate, and operate RT equipment\nInterpret radiographic images and evaluate indications\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and quality requirements\nPrepare accurate inspection reports and documentation\nFollow all radiation safety and company safety procedures\nMaintain inspection equipment and records\nWork closely with supervisors, customers, and project teams\nSupport outage, maintenance, fabrication, and inspection projects\nSupport additional NDT methods as needed\nWork overtime, weekends, nights, and varying shifts as project demands require\nRequirements:\nCurrent Level II RT certification preferred\nPrevious industrial radiography experience required\nState card and/or IRRSP certification preferred where applicable\nStrong understanding of radiographic testing techniques and safety standards\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and in team environments\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred\nPreferred Requirements:\nGraduated from a Non-Destructive Testing School\nAdditional NDT certifications (UT, MT, PT, VT, PAUT) are a plus\nExperience in refinery, manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred\nExperience with CR/DR systems is a plus\nMISTRAS Group strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
