You will not only build sophisticated websites yourself but also establish the structures, processes and quality standards for the entire team. You will report directly to the European management team of Mistura and its content creators and take responsibility for the professional development of a young team in Bengaluru, India, consisting of two UX designers who already have initial experience with Webflow.\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:\nWebflow Design and Development:\nTake overall responsibility for the design, technical implementation and quality of our websites.\nBuild and maintain responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow.\nTranslate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, animation-rich Webflow experiences.\nCreate well-structured CMS architectures with collections, dynamic content and reusable components.\nDevelop micro-animations, scroll-based interactions, hover effects and page transitions.\nUse Webflow's native features as well as GSAP, Lottie and custom code where required.\nIntegrate third-party tools, external APIs, forms, CRM systems and analytics solutions.\nSet up and maintain multilingual websites.\nOptimise performance, SEO, accessibility and user experience.\nMaintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing websites.\nTeam Leadership and Project Management:\nProvide professional and day-to-day leadership for two UX designers.\nSupport the team's development in web design, UX and Webflow.\nCoordinate the handover from Figma to Webflow.\nPlan and manage projects, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.\nRun regular check-ins and stand-up meetings.\nHelp the team overcome technical and organisational challenges.\nCoordinate with other involved teams.\nReport project status, timelines and risks directly to the European management team.\nDocument design, handover and Webflow development standards.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on Webflow development experience (CMS, interactions/animations, responsive design, custom code).\nExcellent understanding of layout, typography, responsive design, UX and visual quality.\nConfident use of Figma and experience translating designs into Webflow.\nExperience with Webflow CMS, interactions and reusable components.\nTechnical understanding of custom code, integrations and APIs.\nA structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.\nWillingness to take ownership and go the extra mile when required.\nMotivation to share knowledge and develop a team professionally.\nBachelor's degree in any technical stream (BTech / BE / equivalent).\nGood written and spoken English.\nGerman language skills are an advantage but are explicitly not
