regulations.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.\n\n Minimum 6 years’ experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.\n\n Experience driving a delivery team together with other disciplines to successfully deliver a product.\n\n A hunger to continually improve those around you through mentorship, guidance, and awareness of what drives those on your team.\n\n A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and commitment to clean code and best practices.\n\n Mastery of various technologies with the agility to adapt to new frameworks.\n\n Ability to architect and structure small projects within an enterprise environment.\n\n Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.\n\n Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2 – 3 times per week ( Cape Town or Gauteng ) \n\n A strong customer-facing ability.\n\n Flexibility
