The Tooling Engineer is a key player in ensuring an efficient, innovative, robust and cost-effective approach is used in all of our new tool development. This role is a primary resource for internal and OEM design reviews. Open minded cooperation with our Engineering Department, outside tool shops and the customer is an integral part of this position. An individual with a collaborative, team-based approach is essential. This position will be based out of our Technical Centre in Kitchener and requires International travel to all of our facilities within Canada, the United States and Mexico to support business needs.
