Duties & Responsibilities\nThe machine/assembly operator reports to the shift supervisor. He/she is expected to operate a molding machine, assembly machine or perform manual assembly duties in the most productive and efficient manner with due regard to safety.\nThe operator is accountable for the quality of the products produced at the work station.\nThe operator must be present at the work station five minutes before the shift begins to assure a smooth transition.\nThe operator is responsible for communicating with the incoming or outgoing shift to assure a smooth transition during shift change.\nThe operator is responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions at the workstation.\nEnsure that the workstation is clean at all times.\n\nB. Minimum Qualifications\nAbility to take instruction\n\nC.
