This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and building their IT career in a collaborative environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide first-level technical support in person, remotely, and by phone/email. \nSet up, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment. \nSupport Microsoft 365, user accounts, email access, and password resets. \nTroubleshoot Windows, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and network connectivity issues. \nAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment deployment. \nSupport mobile devices, warehouse technology, and business applications. \nDocument support requests and resolutions. \nTravel between local company locations as needed. \nEscalate complex issues and assist with IT projects when appropriate. \nWhat We're Looking For\nTechnical training, associate degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred. \nPrevious IT help desk or technical support experience is a plus but not required. \nFamiliarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and user support. \nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. \nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities. \nWillingness to learn new systems and technologies. \nCompTIA A+ certification is a plus. \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move IT equipment up to 40-50 pounds. \nComfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. \nOccasional ladder use may be required. \nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll work with a supportive IT team, gain experience across a variety of technologies, and play a key role in keeping our employees productive every day.
