Currently, we’re on the lookout for a Data & Analytics Team Lead who can keep our data pipelines clear and our team inspired.\nRequirements\nYour tasks will be:\nLeading, motivating, and developing the Data & Analytics team - setting structured goals, running regular 1on1s, and making sure everyone is constantly leveling up their professional game (no XP caps here).\nCultivating culture & representation: fostering an atmosphere of continuous learning, representing Mito's values\nOverseeing complex data analysis, tracking, and CRO projects - ensuring outstanding professional quality and serving as the ultimate QA filter.\nCoordinating entire projects, delegating tasks, and keeping a careful eye, maybe two, on their progress.\nData strategy & architecture leadership: guiding mid- to long-term data strategies, and advising clients on their data models, data flows, ETL processes, and marketing tech stacks, ensuring they never get lost in the pipeline.\nDesigning models and frameworks: building advanced reporting frameworks, data visualization solutions, and predictive models that turn raw data assets into actual business value.\nGuarding data privacy: ensuring full GDPR and legal compliance across all data collection and utilization processes (yes, the dry but absolutely critical part where we make sure cookies stay in the browser and out of court).\nWe need you to have:\nProven experience in people management, team leadership, or mentoring within the data, analytics, or tech space (you know how to balance group dynamics and build a strong team spirit without ever resorting to corporate trust falls).\nA rock-solid background in digital analytics, tracking, CRO, or data strategy - meaning you can talk effortlessly about ETL, data models, and analytics tech stacks without breaking a sweat.\nAnalytical, logical, and structured thinking - you don’t just look at dashboards; you hunt for the actual stories, insights, and \"whys\" behind the numbers (think of yourself as a detective, just with more spreadsheets and fewer trench coats).\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep both your team, other internal departments, and our clients happy and aligned.\nExcellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, as you'll be switching between them in your day-to-day tasks.\nWe would be extra happy if:\nYou have hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (like BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) or advanced dashboarding systems.\nYou've already spent some time working in an agency or consulting environment.\nYou enjoy public speaking, knowledge sharing, or active community building within the data industry (and you don't get stage fright if a room happens to have more people than an Excel sheet row limit).\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nHybrid Work & Flexible Location\nWork from home when needed, enjoy our comfortable downtown Budapest office, or work from abroad for a while-as long as you have a stable internet connection.\nModern Office Environment\nMacBooks, great coffee, fresh fruit, and a pleasant, well-equipped workspace.\nFlexible Benefits & Health Package\nA personal benefits budget for sports, education, or commuting, plus annual access to routine and preventive health screenings.\nExtra Days Off for Loyalty\nOur Level Up system rewards long-term commitment with up to 5 extra paid days off per year.\nContinuous Learning & Growth\nOpportunities to attend conferences, take part in coaching and hackathons and share your expertise.
