Your mission is simple: map out ideal client profiles, uncover new opportunities, and maximize cross-sell and up-sell potential with our key accounts.\nRequirements\nWhat you will be doing:\nShaping the growth and client retention strategies for your industry vertical alongside the Portfolio Director.\nSpotting genuine leads, filtering out the noise, and turning cross-sell or up-sell ideas into real business.\nOwning the tender and pitch processes from end to end - from estimating resources to delivering the final, convincing presentation.\nMastering our value proposition and tailoring it to your clients, while keeping an eye on industry trends to evolve our services.\nWorking closely with our internal expert teams to design and validate industry-specific solutions that actually make sense.\nProudly representing Mito at conferences and gathering the best showcasing materials from our key projects.\nHandling the less glamorous but crucial stuff: realistic budget planning, managing NDAs, and keeping our CRM tidier than a Marie Kondo closet.\nExpanding our international reach: tapping into our clients’ regional hubs and landing new accounts (mainly in Europe, time zones included).\nWhat you need to bring to the table:\nA consultative mindset. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover client pain points, and translate them into tailored solutions.\nSolid experience with enterprise-level clients, complex RFI/RFP processes, and crafting proposals that close deals.\nA background in solution sales, pre-sales, or creative and digital project delivery, so you know how to keep projects and client expectations perfectly aligned.\nA natural knack for teamwork. You'll coordinate across different departments seamlessly, because sales is a team sport here.\nConfident, business-level English.
