Join our global team and see what makes Mitratech a truly exceptional place to work!\nRequired Skills & Experience \nTechnical Expertise \n5+ years of experience in software quality assurance - both manual and automated testing. \nExpertise with automation tools and languages: Playwright, Typescript preferred \nExperience in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test creation and analysis. \nCommand of SQL and ability to apply that knowledge for data verification. \nExposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). \nProficiency with modern source control (Git) and CI/CD practices; ADO pipeline knowledge is a plus. \nDemonstrated experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility) is advantageous. \nLeadership \nDemonstrated sense of ownership, taking initiative from problem identification through resolution. \nCommunication & Process \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic vision to diverse internal stakeholders. \nProactive in identifying and communicating potential roadblocks, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and relevant parties. \nDeep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and proficiency with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail). \nEssential Duties & Responsibilities \nYou will utilize latest versions of our technology stack and be encouraged to think creatively in order to produce effective testing solutions. \nYou will produce quality, reusable and maintainable automated test code that reduces the need for manual test efforts throughout our development cycles. \nYou will perform manual and exploratory testing against functionality developed by members of your Agile team. \nYou will work closely with the product manager and scrum team to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timeframes. \nYou will provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate. \nYou will consistently challenge Acceptance Criteria and Test Coverage. \nYou will contribute to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer-focused execution. \nEducation: \nB.E. or B.
