From hospitals and schools to energy, water, agriculture, housing, and more, our projects touch every aspect of life, always with the highest standards and a long-term commitment to future generations.\nAbout the role:\nAs the Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the construction of a large-scale university campus, overseeing the project from mobilisation through to final handover.\nThis is a senior site-based leadership position requiring extensive experience delivering complex building projects. You will be responsible for the overall execution of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of the works within scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a strong background in vertical building construction and demonstrate proven experience managing all phases of large building developments from the contractor side.\nOnly candidates holding a Degree in Civil Engineering will be considered.\nLead the delivery of a major university construction project from mobilisation through commissioning and final handover.\nDevelop, monitor and control the overall project execution strategy, schedule and budget.\nCoordinate all construction activities, ensuring alignment between civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.\nManage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and supervision teams to ensure compliance with contractual, technical and quality requirements.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to Mitrelli's standards of excellence.\nIdentify project risks, propose mitigation measures and escalate critical issues when required.\nManage project reporting, financial performance, change orders, procurement coordination and contractual matters.\nCoordinate with PMO, Procurement, Engineering, Bidding and Contract Management throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with local regulations and maintain productive relationships with authorities and external stakeholders.\nLead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nManage the effective allocation of human resources, equipment, materials and subcontractors.\nRequirements\n Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
