The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch Management solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in working with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nConduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution presentations for customers.\nDesign and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools, based on customer needs and business goals.\nProvide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.\nAssist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical documentation.\nWork closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, configurations, and implementations of cybersecurity products.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during presales and post-sales phases.\nStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain, particularly related to MDM, RMM, and Patch Management.\nSupport clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.\nMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient implementation of solutions.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n4-8 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management tools.\nStrong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.\nExperience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.\nFamiliarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.\nHands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure.\nBasic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).\nDesired Skills:\nCertifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.\nExperience in network security and endpoint management.\nKnowledge of cloud security concepts and
