Job Description
As a PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) architect and product owner, you will lead the IT infrastructure separation and integration project following the business integration.
Architecture Design: Design and implement an enterprise PKI platform, certificate services, and key management processes optimized for the new company.
Transition Management: Lead the system and operational migration from the current parent company during the carve-out phase.
Operational Strategy Development: Establish a governance framework and security policies to ensure stable operation after the integration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: High-level coordination with domestic and international business partners, internal teams, and external providers.
Project Management: Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and vendor control.

Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
- 5+ years of work experience in IT infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, network, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and experience in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) architecture design, operations management, and governance
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL, etc.) and provider management
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese
- Strong communication skills able to explain complex technical information to management in business terms
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in the manufacturing, automotive, or large-scale sales network industries
- Experience leading large-scale IT system migrations (carve-outs, PMI, etc.)
